ChakrasChakras are the Psychic centers in human astral body. (Astral body is nonphysical realm of existence in which the physical human body has a counterpart corresponding to each physical organ.) There are 7 Chakras in our body in which energy flows through. In a bigger picture, Kundalini is the primary components of man"s "subtle body", which consists of 72,000 nadis (subtle energy channels), chakras (psychic centers), Prana (subtle energy), and Bindu (drops of essence). Blocked energy in our Nadis and Chakras leads to illness and chronic deceases.
