Happiness is our nature. It is not wrong to desire it. What is wrong is seeking it outside when it is inside - Ramana Maharshi

Jefferson City, Columbia, MO: Siddha Yoga Workshop
The workshop is an introduction to Siddha yoga and its meditative practices. The workshop itself is for about 2.5 hours duration and I am pretty sure it will be an interesting topic to listen to.

A workshop can be conducted in three ways:
  • I shall be happy to conduct a workshop at any place where I can travel by car. The workshop may be conducted at community places like Temple, Community hall, Library etc.
  • I can conduct a workshop for individual families if there are atleast 2-3 families together interested in having a workshop at their home.
  • I shall be happy to conduct a session on Skype (http://www.skype.com) for individual families that are away from my location and are genuinely interested in having a session. For an online version I can have 2-3 short sessions to cover all the topics of the workshop. I would consider this option ONLY if you are seriously interested in understanding the whole concept of the God, Yoga and Kundalini. Please read a lot about Yoga, God and Kundalini online (thru google) before you request such a session. I am not interested in spending time in those having passing/casual interest in the topic. Online session is ONLY for those having serious interest in various paths of Yoga (Kundalini/Siddha yoga being one of them).
I am doing this as a service to my Guru and hence there are no expectations/costs involved behind this effort. Everything is absolutely Free.

Here is the outline of the workshop on Siddha yoga. Contact me to arrange a workshop or ask questions about your spiritual quest in Siddha yoga, various paths to God and related topics.
Topics of the Talk:
What is this workshop about?
It more about understanding the concept of achieving the "Supreme consciousness" (what people generally refer to as "The God"). It generally differs from the "Yoga" that we know of (most of the people in this world are aware only about the yoga (asanas) for health benefits...but in reality health benefits are just the by-product of the yoga - which, in reality, is intended to achieve the self-realization. So this workshop is an introduction to the concept of God (also called as "supreme conciousness" or "Chaitanya" or "Eternal bliss" or "Super soul" or "Salvation" or "Mukti") and how it can be achieved. There is no class or practice, but simply a detailed discussion on "Kundalini yoga" to bring the awareness about What is Kundalin, God and the cause behind the human life. I may conduct a 10 minutes practical session on Siddha yoga at the end of workshop.
Is there a regular class or practice settion in Siddha Yoga?
No, I do not conduct any class or practical sessions in Siddha yoga. Simply because the kundalini "Awakening" can not be imparted into others by an average individual or yoga teacher etc. Only the person who has achieved the "Self Realization" and who has ability to "Guide others" (given by his/her Guru) can awaken Kundalini of others. I know only one person (alive) in this world who can do this. In this respect I always say "No One Can Do Siddha Yoga, It Has To Happen!!!"
Can I awaken kundalini of others?
No, I cannot. I am just a traveler of this path who can share in-depth knowledge of this intricate topic with others who are interested.
Is this a religious topic?
Absolutely not. God is beyond religion. It is the supreme bliss and everyone in this world has right to achieve the God...even if someone does not believe in God can achieve the God by following various paths. At the same time yoga is derived from Hinduism, and it is founded on the concept of "Chain of births" guided by "Karma" and "Tri-Gunas" (which are the basic blocks of Hinduism) until the "Salvation or Supreme Bliss" is attained. Please read my views about Yoga and Hinduism before contacting me.

Yoga is an exact science. It aims at the harmonious development of body, mind and soul. Everyone should follow one Yoga as their primary Yoga (based on their character). Then we must combine Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Gyan Yoga. This “Yoga Synthesis” will lead one to the God.
